Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us at JPT Wellness Centre. We want to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience with us. In the event that you need to return a product, we have outlined our return policy below:

 

1. Eligibility:

 Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition as when it was received.

• Some products may be exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons or other specific limitations. Such products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

 

• A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be applied when the return is not due to a product defect or our error. This is to cover the costs associated with processing returns.  

 

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us by email or Contact US page, provide us with your order details and the reason for the return.

• We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.

• Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package you are returning.

• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product.

 

 

3.Refunds:

• Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 3 business days.

• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

• Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

 

 

4.Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange a different product, please contact us to check the availability of the desired item.

 

 

5.Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3days of delivery.

• We may require evidence to assess the damage or defect.

• Once the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product, and a replacement will be sent to you, subject to availability. In case the product is out of stock, a refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

 

 

6.Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, such products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

• Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Please review our return policy periodically for any changes.
