At JPT Wellness Centre, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and other relevant details. 1. Processing Time: Once your order is received, it will be processed within 2 business days. During this time, we will verify the availability of the product(s), conduct quality checks, and prepare your order for shipment. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers: All orders are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel. We also provide delivery service to Calgary local area. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.  

 

3. Shipping Destinations: We offer shipping inside of Canada only. If your country or region is not listed, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and currently do not offer shipping to your location.

 

4. Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping on domestic orders over $99 before tax, and Shipping on domestic orders under $99 is only $9.99. We also provide Free Delivery Service to Calgary local area for orders over $49. (Currently, we are unable to provide shipping service to all the areas. Please contact us before putting your order, we will let you know what are your options).  

 

5. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, and the destination. Please see the Estimated delivery times guide line on Canada Post website, these are estimated times and not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

6. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date. It may take a few hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped.

 

7. Shipping Delays and Exceptions: While we make every effort to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may occasionally cause shipping delays. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, and carrier disruptions. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and assure you that we will actively communicate any delays and provide updates regarding the status of your shipment.

 

8. Address Accuracy: It is essential that you provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing your order. We will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing your purchase.

 

9. Shipping Support: If you have any questions, concerns, or issues related to shipping, please contact our customer support. We will do our best to assist you and resolve any shipping-related matters promptly and to your satisfaction.
